POTD day 49 hairy man in school girl uniform

Today my wife and I met a few friends for lunch in the Itaewon area of Seoul. While walking around I took several pictures including this sign of an older, bolding man with hair legs, lipstick and a Japanese schoolgirl uniform. I'm not sure why this is the sign, but the words in Korean say that the shop, which sells accessories, all goods start from 5,000 won (about us$4.50)
